SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
- We are past the Xmas cutoff for guaranteed delivery. We will do our very best to get orders out ASAP but cannot promise they will arrive.
Express cut-off was Dec 11.
- Aus Post will provide the tracking 1-2 days before delivery (you will receive an email with the code).

NZ Free Shipping
2-3 weeks to most metro areas in NZ
International Delivery Estimates
2-4 weeks to major partners (USA, UK, New Zealand)
2-8 weeks to most other countries
- Due to Aus Post, we can't guarantee 8 day delivery. We don't refund for late delivery. If you will die if you don't receive your order on time, don't order. Most orders are still arriving in 8 days.
Shipping times are based on when your order will arrive, not necessarily when it will be posted. In busy times like Black Friday and Xmas your order may not leave our warehouses until 1-2 days before Est. delivery date, this does not mean it will be late.

- Due to us having two warehouses (ADL and MEL) some orders may arrive in seperate packages!
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Received a wrong/faulty item?
We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please get in touch with our support team via email ( firstname.lastname@example.org) who will get this sorted for you ASAP.
Can I get a refund?
Something wrong with your order? we're happy to send you the correct product express at no extra charge or you can have a full refund for that wrong item, not the whole order.
We currently do not offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind or purchase the wrong size.
We do not offer returns even if your order has not left the warehouse yet. but orders can be cancelled (only in first 24hrs).
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if you notify us by email (email@example.com) within the first 24 hours of placing your order.
